I always joke with Joe Juter from PrepAgent that he is a celebrity, and in the world of Real Estate Exam Prep he really is. So many real estate exam students have turned to Joe and PrepAgent to help them pass their real estate licensing exam. He gave a great pep talk to those who are struggling to improve their lives, and passing the real estate exam can do that for many of you!

I love being a PrepAgent instructor and tutor.

Live-streaming the Monday webinars for the PrepAgent members is something that I look forward to every week. It's very cool that even those who have passed their exams will pop back in to tell the group during the webinars and even continue to watch for the fun community that PrepAgent has created.

PrepAgent Has Tons of Great Features ...

PrepAgent has become known for practice tests and YouTube videos, but remember that there's so much more in the dashboard for subscribed students.

One vital thing to use on the PrepAgent page are the flashcards. When students tell me that they feel confused by the wording of exam questions, I point them toward a more thorough vocabulary review. Many times a student tells me they understand a vocabulary word, but when they explain the meaning to me, we realize that they are confusing that term with another.

I would suggest reviewing the flashcards by explaining each word out loud as it pops up in the flashcard deck. You can create a study list of the words you don't feel confident about to review later.

When you know the vocabulary inside and out, you'll find that the questions become less tricky because you notice certain answers don't match up.

How long should you use the flashcards during each study session? Everyone is different, but my personal attention span when it comes to studying is about 30 minutes. I set an alarm on my phone and study heads down until it goes off. Then I take a break and move around for a bit before hitting the books again. Need a PrepAgent Membership? Check it out here
